Saudi accounting / buyer’s guide
Features, users and locations shape the subscription. Understand what the published guide says, which amounts include VAT, and what still needs checking before you buy.
Published by Qeemah, a competing software provider. Documentation checked on 12 October 2026. The source explicitly describes 2025 plans and older promotions; these are reference figures, not verified current checkout offers.
01 / Reference plans
All amounts are SAR. Annual amounts are published payments; the monthly figures are separate monthly subscriptions, not annual monthly equivalents. Do not add VAT to these subscription prices again.

Purchasing, inventory and integrations
Fixed assets, dimensions and more capacity
The supplied FAQ research describes a 14-day trial without a credit card and the ability to change plans later. It also mentions a Business enterprise plan with dimensions, budgets and custom integrations, priced through sales. These FAQ details were not independently reverified in the retrieved plan selector; do not assume Business and the older Advanced plan have identical scope.
02 / Features & upgrades
This matrix follows the published Basic, Pro and Advanced guide. It is not a promise of today’s checkout configuration. The supplied research describes unlimited invoices and products where the selected plan includes the relevant functionality; confirm current limits and eligibility.
The guide places purchasing, stored inventory and Phase 2/API/e-commerce integration in Pro and above. Advanced adds fixed assets, dimensions, budgets and more capacity. If Phase 2 is required for your business, do not assume Basic covers it just because Qoyod supports it elsewhere in the product.
A high invoice volume may not require a larger tier under the documented policy, but users, locations and needed capabilities still matter. Basic’s product records do not mean it includes full stored-stock management. Separate businesses also need separate subscriptions; included branches are for the same business.
03 / Add-ons & VAT
Unlike the subscription prices above, these published rates are before tax. Accounting users, POS users and payroll employees are different capacity categories. Confirm eligibility and billing terms for your account.
per user
per location
per POS user
per employee
The guide describes POS and payroll as separate paid add-ons, not bundled into the core plans. POS billing must match the main subscription: annual with annual, monthly with monthly. Some sections of the older guide use inconsistent add-on eligibility language, so confirm availability on your exact plan.
Older Advanced offers include temporary promotions on users, locations, POS and payroll capacity. Their validity is not established here. No promotional discount or free add-on is applied in the example.
A mixed-tax example using the documented annual reference rates. This illustrates the arithmetic, not a current quotation.
The subscription is SAR 2,070 including VAT. Add-ons are SAR 240 + SAR 480 before VAT, with SAR 108 VAT. The resulting annual total is SAR 2,898. Applying 15% to the already VAT-inclusive subscription again would overstate the cost.
01
Higher plans unlock more sophisticated financial and operational workflows.
02
Businesses can add capacity incrementally instead of always buying the highest tier.
03
Separately paid operational features create expansion beyond core accounting.
04
Published annual discounts can improve provider cash-flow predictability and reduce renewal frequency.
05
The supplied research describes setup and accounting clean-up services. Treat their pricing and availability as a separate scope to confirm.
Compliance and integration eligibility can drive upgrades even without invoice caps. Unlimited invoices, where functionality is included, can improve volume predictability. These are interpretations of public pricing, not evidence of conversion, churn, account revenue or profitability.
04 / Other pricing models
These are structural comparisons, not normalized price rankings. Currency, billing term, tax treatment and feature definitions differ.

Qoyod’s documented model packages features and capacity into tiers with paid extensions. Qeemah prepares an itemised quotation for modules, users and branches. We do not claim a lower price without comparing the same scope and tax treatment.
Share your team, entities, branches and accounting needs. We will demonstrate the relevant workflows and prepare a scoped quotation.
