Saudi accounting / buyer’s guide

Wafeq (وافق)
Plans, commitments & the actual bill.

Included users grow with each tier. Inventory, payroll and AI allowances shape the upgrade path. Compare the published annual payment, not just the rounded monthly equivalent.

Published by Qeemah, a competing software provider. Saudi pricing and allowances checked on 12 October 2026. Amounts are SAR and exclude VAT. This is a pricing guide, not an independent product audit.

01 / Plans & billing

Use the stated annual payment.

Wafeq plans (Starter, Plus, Premium) can be billed monthly (SAR 119 / 149 / 249/mo) or annually upfront (SAR 1,190 / 1,430 / 2,390/yr), where annual payment gives 12 months for the price of 10. Only Enterprise is strictly annual-only. Invoices are uncapped across all plans.

Rounded equivalents are not annual invoices.

Starter shows SAR 99/month equivalent, but its annual payment is SAR 1,190, not SAR 1,188. Plus is SAR 1,430, not SAR 1,428; Premium is SAR 2,390, not SAR 2,388. Keep those published totals when comparing costs.

A 14-day free trial is advertised with no credit card required. It is not a permanent free accounting plan.

02 / Included capabilities

Plus bridges accounting and operations.

Premium is the main expansion tier for inventory (including warehouses, assembly, and production orders), payroll, fixed assets and consolidated reporting with no extra add-on fee. Custom invoice templates and custom fields are included on every tier.

The Plus-to-Premium step is about workflow complexity.

The displayed annual monthly equivalent rises from SAR 119 to SAR 199, approximately 67.2%. The stated annual payment rises from SAR 1,430 to SAR 2,390, approximately 67.1%. Inventory, payroll and related capabilities need to justify that difference for your business.

03 / Paid add-ons

Three separately priced add-ons.

Annual equivalents are rounded display prices, not monthly-billing rates. Use the stated annual add-on payments when building an annual budget. Confirm availability for your chosen plan.

Additional branch

For capacity beyond included branch allowances. Premium and Enterprise include unlimited branches with no add-on fee.

The live Saudi pricing page lists one free branch in Plus and unlimited branches in Premium and Enterprise. Starter’s branch allowance is not clear in the extracted text. Confirm it before adding a branch fee.

04 / Premium cost example

Premium, without an unnecessary branch fee.

A company needing inventory, payroll, 20 users and multiple branches starts with the published Premium payment. Both other add-ons below are optional.

Base Premium is SAR 2,390 before VAT, or SAR 2,748.50 including standard Saudi 15% VAT. With customization and revenue recognition, the annual total is SAR 4,870 before VAT. The branch fee is zero here because branches are included, not because the add-on is universally free.

How the pricing model expands.

01

Entry and evaluation

Starter is available at SAR 119/mo monthly or SAR 1,190 paid annually (SAR 99/mo equivalent). A short trial allows evaluation before committing.

02

More complex workflows

Plus adds purchasing, cost centers, and unlimited custom templates; Premium extends into multi-warehouse inventory, assembly, and payroll with no add-on fee.

03

Included team capacity

User allowances rise from 2 to 5 to 20 to unlimited. Growth is packaged into the tiers rather than expressed here as a fee for each extra seat.

04

AI scanning allowances

Monthly document scans rise from 20 to 100 to 500 to unlimited. Standard manual and bulk invoice generation remains uncapped.

05

Enterprise contracts

Custom pricing and annual-only subscriptions address advanced reconciliation, bank integrations, ERP connectivity and a dedicated account manager.

06

Optional add-ons

Template design and revenue recognition create additional spend only when those workflows are needed.

These are interpretations of the public packaging, not verified internal strategy. Published prices do not establish conversion, plan distribution, churn, AI processing costs, support expenses, revenue per account or profitability.

Qeemah

05 / Qeemah alternative

Compare a complete scope, not a headline price.

Wafeq publishes accounting tiers with expanding user and AI allowances. Qeemah prepares an itemised quote based on modules, users and branches. We do not claim Qeemah costs less without comparing the same requirements and terms.

  • Use stated annual payments for plans and add-ons.
  • Count users and monthly AI scans before choosing a tier.
  • Specify inventory, warehouses, payroll and consolidation needs.
  • Test ZATCA, reporting and required integrations in a demo.
  • Confirm support, onboarding, renewal and data-export terms.

Bring your workflow to a Qeemah demo.

Show us your team, accounting and operational requirements. We will demonstrate the relevant modules and prepare a scoped quotation.

Sources & methodology

Source: Wafeq’s Saudi pricing page, checked October 2026, and the supplied plan-capability research. The live page confirmed plan and add-on amounts, Saudi SAR locale, trial terms, user and scan allowances, and unlimited Premium branches. Some feature availability markers were not readable in the text extraction, so the feature matrix uses the supplied research. Source attribution is plain text with no official competitor links. Calculations use published annual totals; VAT examples assume the standard Saudi 15% rate.
