Is Qeemah fully compliant with ZATCA Phase 2?
Yes. Qeemah is natively compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora). We automatically generate cryptographic stamps, TLV Base64 QR codes, XML UBL 2.1 structures, and handle real-time clearance and reporting with the ZATCA portal at no extra charge.
