Role Overview

As our Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design across our web platform, mobile applications, and retail POS interfaces. You will translate complex regulatory workflows, multi-currency invoicing, and tax reporting into clear, elegant, and frictionless software.
What You Will Do
- End-to-End Product Design: Take features from customer discovery and problem framing through wireframes, prototypes, user testing, and pixel-perfect production handoffs in Figma.
- Bilingual Design System: Own and evolve our cross-platform design tokens and UI components, ensuring seamless support for Right-to-Left (RTL Arabic) and Left-to-Right (LTR English) interaction paradigms.
- High-Density Data Workflows: Craft intuitive user flows for complex enterprise scenarios: journal entries, batch bank reconciliation, split bills, multi-warehouse stock transfers, and ZATCA Phase 2 compliance alerts.
- Customer Empathy & Research: Conduct regular usability interviews with Saudi SME founders, chief accountants, and cashiers to uncover pain points and test prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure flawless fidelity in shipped software.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years designing complex B2B SaaS, fintech, ERP, or developer tools.
- Exceptional Figma Proficiency: Mastery of auto-layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping, and design system governance.
- Bilingual & RTL Expertise: Deep appreciation and understanding of Arabic typography (Cairo, Tajawal, IBM Plex Sans Arabic), text balance, and RTL interface mirroring.
- Systems Thinker: Ability to deconstruct convoluted multi-step workflows into streamlined, step-by-step digital experiences.
- Compelling Portfolio: A track record showcasing shipped web products, clear design rationale, problem discovery, and interactive micro-interactions.
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting usability testing in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Tailwind primitives to facilitate engineering handoffs.
- Experience with POS touch interfaces or tablet hardware optimization.
