Retail software / buyer’s guide

Rewaa (رواء)
Pricing, reviews & alternatives.

A monthly price is not the whole commitment. Understand what Rewaa’s plans cost, what changes with a longer term, and what to test before choosing your retail system.

Published by Qeemah, a competing software provider. Pricing and review listings checked on 11 October 2026. This is a buyer’s guide, not an independent product audit.

01 / Plans & billing

The term changes more than the price.

Compare the exact plan and term, not just the tier name. Longer subscriptions can add capacity, integrations and hardware incentives.

Get branch, register and user allowances in writing. Free capacity can differ by term; the two-year offers are not identical to their annual counterparts.

03 / Extra costs

Budget beyond the subscription.

Rewaa’s commercial model combines software, operational capacity and optional services. A hardware discount does not make the whole deployment free.

01

Additional branches

The supplied pricing research lists SAR 3,198 for Launch, SAR 1,299 for annual Growth and SAR 899 for Premium. These amounts were not independently confirmed in the accessible pricing text. Request the current rate and billing period.

02

Registers & users

The supplied research lists extra registers at SAR 149–249 and extra users at SAR 79–149, depending on tier and term. Treat these as indicative only: confirm the current rate, billing period and VAT.

03

Hardware & bundles

Two-year Launch advertises 70% off a new-customer hardware bundle. Two-year Growth advertises a new-customer bundle included. Confirm eligibility, device models, warranty and installation costs.

04

Payments & integrations

The supplied research identifies Rewaa Pay, Bonat and online-store integration as possible paid extras. The official two-year offers include some integrations. Ask which fees apply to your contract.

Why commit for two years?

Launch’s monthly equivalent falls from SAR 275 to SAR 247; Growth’s falls from SAR 367 to SAR 330. That is approximately 10.2% and 10.1% less respectively, before VAT. In return, the customer makes a longer upfront commitment.

Commercially, longer terms can improve a SaaS provider’s cash flow and revenue predictability, reduce churn exposure and help recover acquisition and onboarding costs. This is an interpretation of the model, not a statement of Rewaa’s internal strategy.

04 / Customer feedback

Customer feedback: mixed, and worth testing.

Public reviews describe individual experiences. They do not establish how often a problem occurs or prove that it affects every Rewaa customer. App and integration feedback should not be generalized to the whole platform.

01

Support after the sale

Some Smart Assistant reviewers describe difficulty getting issues resolved. Reviews reproduced in the Salla directory also report slow support and dissatisfaction with after-sales service.

Before you buy

Ask for support hours, escalation steps and a written response-time commitment.

02

Stock and synchronization

Some Salla integration reviewers report incorrect quantities, synchronization problems and order discrepancies. These are integration-specific customer reports, not independently verified findings.

Before you buy

Test a store sale, online order, refund and stock transfer against the same product.

03

Reporting consistency

A review reproduced in the Salla directory describes unclear reports and figures that disagree. This does not demonstrate a platform-wide accounting defect.

Before you buy

Reconcile a day’s sales, returns, payments and stock movements with the underlying records.

04

Details and permissions

A Smart Assistant reviewer reports limited transaction detail and permissions inside that app. The comment should not be taken as a description of every core POS feature.

Before you buy

Sign in as cashier, manager and accountant; verify what each role can see and change.

05

Daily closing after an update

A Smart Assistant reviewer reports difficulty with daily closing after moving from the previous app. This is one customer’s account of a changed workflow.

Before you buy

Have your cashier complete checkout and closing in a hands-on demo before committing.

There is positive feedback, too.

App Store reviewers also praise the assistant’s convenience and AI features. The Salla directory includes positive comments, and its overall rating is 4.0/5. The evidence supports uneven experiences, not a conclusion that every customer is dissatisfied.

Qeemah

05 / Qeemah alternative

Compare the same business, not just two prices.

Rewaa offers published retail tiers. Qeemah uses an itemised quotation based on your modules, users and branches. Neither a headline price nor a review score tells you whether a system fits your daily work.

  • Review accounting, inventory and POS in one demo.
  • Scope your branches, warehouses, users and integrations.
  • Test reports, permissions and daily closing with realistic transactions.
  • Request onboarding, support, renewal and exit terms in writing.

Bring your workflow. Compare it live.

Show us your current checkout, inventory and reporting needs. We will walk through Qeemah and prepare a scoped quotation, without claiming savings before we know your requirements.
