Qiwa (قوى) is the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) digital platform for managing employment contracts, work permits, labor relations, and Saudization compliance. All private-sector employers in Saudi Arabia must use Qiwa to register contracts, process employee transfers (Naqal Khidmat), manage exit/re-entry visas, and verify Nitaqat classification. The platform connects directly with GOSI, Muqeem, and Absher for real-time workforce data.
In everyday Saudi accounting work, qiwa matters because it affects invoice accuracy, financial reporting, tax filing, or ZATCA compliance depending on the transaction.

قوى هي المنصة الرقمية لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية لإدارة عقود العمل وتصاريح العمل وعلاقات العمل والامتثال لنظام السعودة (نطاقات). يجب على جميع أصحاب العمل في القطاع الخاص استخدام منصة قوى لتوثيق العقود ونقل خدمات الموظفين وإدارة تأشيرات الخروج والعودة والتحقق من تصنيف نطاقات. ترتبط المنصة مباشرة مع التأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI) ومقيم وأبشر.
